Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for online purchases within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- With tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, email us at info@azizasultana.com. If your return is approved, we’ll
provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please note: Items purchased in physical stores are non-refundable. However, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit in-store.
Made-to-Order Items
Please note that made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This includes any custom or personalized pieces.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at
info@azizasultana.com with photos and your order details so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? The quickest solution is to return the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
