We accept returns for online purchases within 10 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition

With all tags attached

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in physical stores are non-refundable. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit in-store.
Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces
Made-to-order, personalized, or custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Due to the nature of these pieces, they are crafted specifically for each customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
