Domestic Shipping (Spain)
We are a small, independent brand, and each order is handled with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing and dispatch. We always aim to ship as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number, so you can monitor your delivery at any time.
All products are shipped from Barcelona, Spain.
Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:

Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 4–5 business days
Orders to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are shipped via Registered Mail to ensure secure delivery and real-time tracking. A valid ID (DNI, NIE, or passport) may be required to complete the shipment.

Shipping Within Europe (European Union)
We ship to countries within the European Union.

As Spain is part of the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes apply to orders shipped within the EU.

We are currently working on expanding our international shipping options beyond the European Union.

Customs & Duties (Important)
Aziza Sultana is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply to orders shipped outside the European Union.
By placing an international order, the customer agrees to cover any such fees.
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs charges or refused delivery, Aziza Sultana reserves the right to retain the order amount once the returned package is received.
