Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Spain)

We are a small, independent brand, so we kindly ask for 2–4 business days to process and ship your order. However, we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking
number so you can monitor your delivery status at any time.

All products are shipped from Barcelona, Spain, and estimated delivery times are:
Mainland Spain: 2–3 business days from the date of shipment
Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 4–5 business days.
For these regions, we ship via Registered Mail, which requires a valid ID
(DNI/NIE/passport) to complete the shipment. We choose Registered Mail to ensure
secure delivery and real-time tracking.

International Shipping
We are currently working on expanding our international shipping options.

IMPORTANT

Aziza Sultana is not responsible for any customs duties or additional charges that may apply to orders shipped outside the European Union.

By placing an international order, the customer agrees to cover any such fees. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs charges, Aziza Sultana reserves the right to retain the order amount once the package is received back.
